1、Yin Lifu (INLIF Limited): Successfully landed on NASDAQ on January 2nd, under the ticker symbol INLF. Headquartered in Quanzhou, Fujian province, focus on injection molding machine manipulator arm and accessories business. At $4 for 2 million shares to raise $8 million.
2、Zhengye Biology (Zhengye Biotechnology Holding Limited): Successfully listed on NASDAQ on January 7th, ticker symbol ZYBT. From Jilin, it has been working in the field of veterinary vaccines for nearly 20 years, and its sales network covers 29 domestic provinces and some overseas countries. At $4, it issued 1.5 million shares and raised $6 million.
3、Sanyi Technology (3E Network Technology Group Limited): successfully listed on NASDAQ on January 8th, ticker symbol MASK. Headquartered in Guangzhou, it has developed into a multi-field software service provider. At $4, it issued 1.25 million shares and raised $5 million.
4、Dingxin Ecology (Decent Holding Inc.): Successfully landed on NASDAQ on January 22, with the stock code DXST. Located in Yantai, Shandong province, it focuses on industrial wastewater treatment and ecological river restoration. At $4 and offered 1.25 million shares to raise $5 million.
5、Yasheng Pharma (Ascentage Pharma Group International): Successfully listed on NASDAQ on January 24, ticker symbol AAPG. Focus on the global research and development and commercialization of hematological malignancies and other therapies. At $17.25,7.325 million shares were issued, raising $126 million.
6、Hua Chen Technology (Huachen AI Parking Management Technology Holding Co., Ltd): On February 6th, it successfully landed on NASDAQ, under the ticker symbol HCAI. Located in Jiaxing, Zhejiang province, it provides intelligent parking solutions and equipment structures. At $4, it issued 1.5 million shares and raised $6 million.
7、 Yike (EPWK Holdings Ltd.): On February 6th, it successfully landed on NASDAQ, stock symbol EPWK. Headquartered in Xiamen, Fujian province, its crowdsourcing platform provides a variety of services. At $4.10,2.75 million shares were raised $11.275 million.
8、 Lianzhang Portal (LZ Technology Holdings Limited): On February 27th, it was successfully listed on NASDAQ, with the ticker symbol LZMH. Focus on the intelligent community building access and security monitoring and management system. At $4, with 1.8 million shares issued, raising $7.2 million.
9、Microbus (Webus International Limited): Successfully listed on NASDAQ on February 27, under ticker symbol WETO. Based on Hangzhou, in the field of collective mobile service innovation. At $4, offering 2 million shares, raising $8 million.
10、Stark Industries STAK Inc.: Successfully listed on NASDAQ on February 26, ticker symbol STAK. Located in Changzhou, Jiangsu province, focusing on the whole process business of oil field production and maintenance equipment. At $4, it issued 1.25 million shares and raised $5 million.
